Is there any extra charge to return my item?
- Note that only the product price will be refunded which means shipping fee of USD 30.00 and import tax will be deducted from the total amount you paid.

How many days do I have for the return?
- Every return must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

How long does it take?
- If it is repaired at head office (Korea), it normally takes 7-10 business days from the day we receive the product. However, if it has to be sent to our factory it takes 10-15 business days. (Please note that repair procedure could take longer if we are out of parts stock, and we will contact you individually if it happens).

Is there any extra charge to repair an item?
- Repair fee varies depending on which part to be repaired. Please contact our PRODUCT SERVICE DEPARTMENT for detailed information.
